Ingredients: 4 Frozen Samosas (fried), 200g Chickpea curry (Chana Masala), 100g Greek yogurt, 50g Tamarind chutney, 50g Mint chutney, Pomegranate seeds, Finely diced red onion, Sev (crunchy chickpea noodles)...

  • 4 Frozen Samosas (fried)
  • 200g Chickpea curry (Chana Masala)
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 50g Tamarind chutney
  • 50g Mint chutney
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Finely diced red onion
  • Sev (crunchy chickpea noodles)

Cooking Method

  1. The Smash Roughly break the hot fried samosas into a shallow bowl.
  2. The Blanket Pour the warm chickpea curry over the samosas until they are half-submerged.
  3. The Swirl Drizzle heavily with the yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney.
  4. The Finish Top with a massive hit of pomegranate, red onion, and crunchy sev.
  5. The Serve Eat immediately while the samosas are still half-crunchy.
